These surveys include various scales, or questionnaires, that are validated by scientific researchers. Below, you will find a list of questionnaires and a description of what they measure, as well as when they are administered.

This is measured by the “Life Events Checklist for DSM-5” (LEC-5), a 16-item questionnaire that assesses traumatic life events, such as natural disasters, serious accidents, physical or sexual assaults, life-threatening illness or injury, and combat exposure.
